After testing out many different plank sizes and colours, the final decision was a mid/dark wood effect plank, with a fair amount of colour variation, which works well when flowing the same flooring into multiple rooms. The planks were laid in a herringbone pattern, and as the planks were large, it gave a modern take to the more traditional herringbone and parquet style floors. Our customer opted for a patterned LVT in the bathrooms and utility room, and they were thrilled with the end results.
Bowlers End
This couple already had luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) installed but didn’t like the colour. They wanted to stick to LVT, as they were pleased with the performance and easy maintenance of the flooring, but wanted a totally new look for their floors. They spent a lot of time in the showroom going through different options and wanted some input on what colouring and laying pattern to choose for their home. It was a big decision, as the LVT was being installed across the entire ground floor, so needed to fit in with the décor in each room.
