The wood effect LVT was a perfect colour to compliment and contrast with the natural oak doors and furniture. The size of the herringbone planks worked well within each of the spaces, showing enough of the pattern, without being too ‘busy’. The fireplace area had some patterned LVT installed. One of the many benefits of LVT is that it’s easy to mix the design. For example, you can have wood effect LVT meeting up to a tile effect or patterned effect, as the tiles and planks are the same height so you can install different designs side by side to create an endless variety of looks. We love how the patterned luxury vinyl tiles really pull your eyes into the fireplace area.

This property is full of character. Our customer wanted to update their flooring, without changing the overall feel of their home. Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring was a good choice for practicality reasons, but choosing the right colour needed more thought to ensure it complimented the customer’s existing decor. Our customer also wanted to make the fireplace a feature in the lounge and was open to our suggestions.
